Refund policy

At REAL Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we have a strict but fair returns policy in place.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photo evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

  • Approved cases will receive either a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products not in original condition

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
