We aim to dispatch orders the next business day after purchase.

  • Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g. 2pm] may be dispatched the same day

  • Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery
